Cooking Indian-style rice is not at all false. Sort the rice and rinse under cold water 3-4 times. Heat oil in a frying pan, add turmeric, salt and pepper.
After 1-2 minutes, pour the rice and mix everything well so that each rice is bathed in oil. After pour in water, reduce heat and cover with a lid. In 10-15 minutes rice will be ready.
