Chvishtari is made from the same dough as mchadi, but with the addition of hard suluguni cheese. Sometimes cheese is wrapped in dough, and sometimes chopped suluguni is mixed with corn dough.

For chvishtari, make a dough of cornmeal, salt, butter, salt and sugar, the dough should not be hard and dry, but slightly damp.
Cheese cut into small cubes. Wet your hands with water, take a small amount of dough and wrap a cube of cheese in it. Shape into a patty or ball shape.
Fry chvishtari in vegetable oil until golden, and then put on a napkin and let the excess oil drain.
