Recipe Ingredients

For Dough
Wheat Flour 230 g
Milk 1.5 cups
Butter 30 g
Vegetable Oil 1.5 cups
Eggs 4 g
For Syrup
Water 2 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Lemon Juice 0.5 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For tulumba, it is necessary to pour water into the melted margarine and bring everything to a boil. Add flour and mix well. Put the resulting mass on a slow fire and, stirring, cook for 5 minutes. Let the dough cool, and then mix with the egg. Set aside the tulumba dough for 1 hour.

After the time has elapsed, place the dough in a confectionery syringe with a notched nozzle. Squeeze the tulumba into small sticks, about 8 cm, into boiling vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

In a pre-prepared syrup, put ready-made tulumba for 15 minutes. Then put tubumba on a dish.
