Potato kavurma is a national dish of Georgian cuisine. Kavurma does not take long to cook and is a very satisfying dish.

Recipe Ingredients

Potatoes 500 g
Onion 4 pcs
Butter 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the potato kavurma recipe, finely chop the onion, add to a pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and add to the fried onions.

Pour in water so that it slightly covers the potatoes, and cook over medium heat until fully cooked. Salt, add chopped greens. Once potatoes are cooked, add beaten eggs and remove from heat. Serve kavurma hot.
