Chocolate-glazed cupcake - a simple and easy-to-cook recipe, very airy and delicious cupcake covered with chocolate glaze.

Recipe Ingredients

Sugar 90 g
Butter 100 g
Egg White 3 pcs
Egg Yolk 5 pcs
Baking Powder 0.5 tsp
Cognac 2 tsp
For Glaze
Butter 40 g

Cooking Recipe

For the chocolate-glazed cupcake recipe, beat softened butter with sugar until fluffy. Without ceasing to beat, add the yolks one at a time, then pour in a thin stream of condensed milk and liquor.

Mix flour with starch, baking powder and sift. Add the flour to the main mass, without ceasing to beat until a homogeneous mass.

Separately, beat the whites in a strong foam and gently fold them into the dough. Transfer the prepared dough to the mold and oven cupcake at 170°C (340°F) for 60 minutes, and after cool down.

Melt the butter with chocolate and pour over the baked, cooled cupcake with this glaze.
