Cooking Recipe
For the chicken in chocolate sauce recipe, peel the garlic and cut into slices. In a deep frying pan, fry the garlic in half the vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the chicken into pieces and fry until golden brown in garlic oil. After the chicken is fried, transfer it to a plate, and pour finely chopped onion into the pan. Finely chop the pepper without membranes and seeds and add to the onion.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes, finely chop and add to the peppers and onions. Simmer for 5 minutes, and then add spices, broth, chopped almonds, raisins, orange zest and broken chocolate.
Heat the sauce over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the chicken pieces, cover and place in a preheated 180°C (355°F) oven for an hour. Serve chicken hot, top with mole coblano chocolate sauce.
