Cooking Recipe
For rolled omelet with bell pepper, beat eggs with milk and cream, add chopped parsley, grated nutmeg, ground black pepper and salt.
Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut into small squares. Fry the peppers in two tablespoons of oil until soft, with the addition of salt and black pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into a preheated pan with oil and fry a little over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes. After the edges of the omelet become dense, and the middle still remains slightly liquid, spread the pepper over the entire surface of the omelet. Cover and simmer the omelette over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Roll the baked omelette into a roll and cut into portions. This rolled omelet is served warm or cold as a main course or as an appetizer.
