Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 150 g
Peeled Flour 150 g
Butter 50 g
Water 200 ml
Salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe for bran flour flatbread, mix the two types of flour and salt in a deep bowl. Add butter to flour and grind until crumbly. Then pour in warm water and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a film or towel and set aside for 1 hour.

After the time has elapsed, put the dough for cakes on a floured board, knead, divide into 14-16 parts and roll out. Roll out the dough thinly, approximately 1-2 mm. Put the pan on the fire and heat it up.

Fry each flatbread until browned on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Fold flatbread into a pile and cover so that they do not dry out, and reheat over an open fire before serving and bring to the table.
