Beef fajitas is a Mexican recipe. All cooked fajitas ingredients are served separately. Sweet pepper is better to use different colors, one yellow, the other red.

For the beef fajitas recipe, remove the seeds and membranes from the pepper, cut into strips and fry in half the oil with onion, cut into half rings. Once the onion is golden brown, add the tomato juice and bring to a boil.
As soon as everything boils, simmer for another 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Transfer the vegetables stewed in juice to a plate, and put the beef cut into cubes into the pan. Fry the beef in the remaining half of the oil with the addition of salt and ground pepper.
