For the sugarbread, mash the chilled ghee with a spatula or spoon. Add eggs to the butter and stir for 2-3 minutes, you can use a whisk. Without ceasing to interfere, pour in powdered sugar in parts, and stir for another 2-3 minutes. Also, without ceasing to interfere, gradually adding flour, knead the dough.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into pieces of 75 g (15 pieces) and roll the pieces of dough into balls. Put the prepared balls on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven to 150-160°C (300-320°F). sugar bread is baked for 30 minutes.
