Moroccan style fish is very easy to cook. Due to the fact that the fillets are marinated before baking, the bones accidentally left in the fish will not be noticeable at all.

Recipe Ingredients

Mackerel 500-600 g
Lemon Juice 0.5 cup
Garlic 2 clove
Caraway 1 tsp
Coriander 0.5 tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the Moroccan-style fish recipe, you must first cook the marinade. Add chopped garlic, ground cumin, coriander and nutmeg to lemon juice. Put the prepared fillet in one layer in the marinade.

Cover the fish with foil and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Periodically, the fish must be turned over so that it is completely saturated with the marinade. Place marinated mackerel on a baking sheet and bake on both sides at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes.
