Big cutlet is a German speciality. One such cutlet can feed not only your relatives, but also friends who accidentally come by. An unusual approach to saving time - no need to stand at the stove and constantly turn burnt cutlets. Easy, fast and tasty.

Recipe Ingredients

Beef 500 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Carrots 50 g
Onion 50 g
Garlic 2 cloves
White Bread 1 slice

Cooking Recipe

For the big cutlet recipe, you need to twist the beef, celery, carrots, onions and garlic in a meat grinder with a large mesh. Soak the crumb of bread in broth or water, squeeze and add to minced meat. Salt, pepper, add nutmeg and beat in one egg. Stir well and divide into two equal parts.

Boil the remaining eggs and cut into slices. Put a layer of minced meat on a greased form for pies, a layer of eggs on top. Cover with the second piece of minced meat and bake in the oven at 180-200°C (355-390°F) for 30-40 minutes. Serve big cutlet with boiled potatoes or salad.
