Herbs omelette – a recipe for Indian cuisine, the omelette is very well complemented by onions fried in melted butter.

Recipe Ingredients

Eggs 8 pcs
Dill 2 twigs
Parsley 2 twigs
Basil 1 twig
Onion 1 pcs
Milk 0.5 cup
Ghee 3 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook recipe of Indian cuisine herbs omelet, beat eggs with milk, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in pieces for 5 minutes. Divide the omelet mass into 4 parts and fry in the remaining oil.

Ready omelet with herbs fold in half, put on a prepared plate, put fried onion on top and sprinkle with turmeric.
