Spring rolls with chicken and garlic - a recipe from Chinese cuisine, a very interesting, colorful and healthy dish. You can add any vegetables to these rolls, even pickled ones. The addition of greens complements and refreshes very well; you can also use any of them, mint, cilantro, parsley.

Recipe Ingredients

Garlic 4 cloves
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Parsley 0,5 bunch
Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
For the garlic sauce
Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Sugar 0,25 tsp
Sesame Oil 0,25 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for spring rolls with chicken and garlic is very simple. Remove the bone from the chicken thighs, place in a deep bowl and mix with finely chopped garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil and soy sauce.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut the vegetables into thin strips; if desired, you can remove the peel from the cucumbers. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add marinated chicken. Fry chicken thighs on all sides until golden brown. Cut the fried chicken into small slices.

Soak rice paper in warm water. Place lettuce leaves on paper, then prepared products and roll into a roll. For the sauce, mix all ingredients. Serve rolls with sauce immediately, you can pre-cut them.
