Sour cream shortbread cookies - the recipe for shortbread cookies is very simple, sugar can be replaced with powdered sugar.

For the sour cream shortbread cookies recipe, mix flour with soda, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Cut the cooled butter into cubes and grind with flour into crumbs. Then add sour cream and knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
