Salmon sashimi is a Japanese recipe, sashimi is very easy to cook, the main thing is to cut everything very thinly and put it beautifully.

Recipe Ingredients

Salmon 150 g
Cucumbers 100 g
Ginger 1 cm

Cooking Recipe

For the salmon sashimi recipe, wash the cucumber and cut into very thin strips. Remove the remaining bones from the salmon, if any. Finely grate the ginger.

Cut the salmon into slices as thin as possible. Arrange the thinly sliced salmon on a serving plate.

Lay the sliced cucumber on top of the salmon. On top of salmon sashimi put a ball of freshly grated ginger.
