Rice vermicelli with chicken and vegetables - a recipe for Chinese cuisine. Like most Chinese dishes, this recipe is quite balanced not only in products, but also in color. The recipe is prepared very quickly and very simply. Hot pepper, optional, you can omit it if you don’t like it spicy. Parsley can be replaced with cilantro or mint.

Carrots 2 pcs
Ginger 1 cm
Parsley 1 bunch
Green Onions 5 pcs
Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
Fish Sauce 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for rice vermicelli with chicken and vegetables is very simple. Boil rice vermicelli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Then place on a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Cut the onion into half rings, chop the ginger and garlic very finely. Finely chop the green onions, wash and dry the parsley.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, pour 2 tbsp. soy sauce, stir and set aside for 20 minutes.

Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into thin strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add marinated chicken pieces and fry until slightly golden brown.

Add prepared vegetables, garlic, ginger and green onions to the fried chicken. After 1-2 minutes, add vermicelli, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice. Stir again and remove from heat. When serving vermicelli garnish with parsley and hot pepper.
