Lentil cutlets – a recipe for raw foodists, very rich cutlets with a bright taste. Lentils can be taken red or any other. You can also use cashew nuts, walnuts, whichever you prefer. With each new ingredient you get a different taste.

Recipe Ingredients

Red Lentils 100 g
Purple Onion 100 g
Walnut 50 g
Almonds 50 g
Parsley 3-4 twigs
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Chaber 0.5 tsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

Lentil cutlets recipe for raw foodists. Rinse the lentils and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Transfer the lentils, nuts, greens and other spices and seasonings to a blender. Grind everything into a homogeneous minced meat.

Form cutlets from lentil minced meat, put them on baking paper and place in the dryer. Set in dryer at 40°C (105°F) and cook for 6 hours, turning cutlets every 2 hours .
