Borisovsky salad – a Belarusian cuisine recipe, at first glance it seems that the products are not combined, but this is not so. The salad turns out to be very tasty, interesting and satisfying.

Recipe Ingredients

White Fish 150 g
Beets 2 pcs
Eggs 1 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook a Belarusian cuisine recipe Borisovsky salad boil the fish, remove the skin, remove the bones and cut into slices. Hard-boiled egg and chop. Boil the beets, peel and cut into small thin slices. Cut the cheese into the same thin slices.

Mix the slices of beets, feta cheese, chopped fish and finely chopped onions, salt, season with mayonnaise and place in a salad bowl. Garnish salad with beet slices, chopped eggs and herbs when serving.
