Recipe Ingredients

Beef 300 g
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Water 0.5 cup
Tail Fat 2 tbsp
Onion 1 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the lahchak recipe, knead a stiff dough from flour, water and salt. Roll out the prepared dough into a thin layer and cut into small squares.

Boil water in a deep saucepan, salt, pour in the dough squares and cook for 2-3 minutes. Throw the finished squares in a colander and let the water drain.

In the meantime, while the water boils and the dough is cooked, cut the beef into small pieces and fry in fat until golden brown. Add finely chopped onion and garlic to the fried meat, mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, mix and simmer for another 8-10 minutes. By this point, it is necessary that the dough is ready, but not cold, otherwise it may stick together.

Transfer the dough to the meat, mix and warm for another 3-4 minutes. Lakhchak must be served hot.
