Cooking Recipe
For the khinkali recipe, knead a stiff dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. Twist the meat in a meat grinder or chop finely. Onion grate on a fine grater or twist in a meat grinder with meat. Combine meat, onion, salt, pepper, coriander and mix well.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut out circles about 15 cm in diameter. Put the filling in the center of each circle and pinch the dough in the form of a bag. Gently drop khinkali into salted boiling water and cook for at least 10 minutes. Then put it on a dish with a slotted spoon and serve with sauce, for example, with satsebeli.
