Aromatic fried rice - Gordon Ramsay's recipe, this recipe is based on rice, it is best to take unsteamed rice. Next is broccoli, the combination of these two colors already begins to please the eye. Add hot red pepper, a slice of lemon and in a plate - a riot of colors. Aromatic fried rice is a very easy and quick recipe, again with very simple ingredients. Not everyone likes lime, so you can replace it with lemon.

Ginger 3-4 cm
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Hot Pepper 1 pcs
Green Onions 2-3 pcs
Parsley 3-4 twigs
Broccoli 1 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Water 100 ml
Rice 500 g
Fish Sauce 1-1,5 tbsp
Lime 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the cook recipe of Gordon Ramsay's flavoured fried rice, peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Remove the seeds from the pepper, if desired, and chop finely. Wash green onions and parsley, shake off excess water and chop finely. Separate the broccoli into florets and wash well.

Rinse the rice and boil in lightly salted water. This dish can also be cooked from the leftovers of yesterday's rice. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the garlic, ginger and pepper, mix and after one minute add the disassembled broccoli florets.

Add water to broccoli, mix and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Drain excess liquid from boiled rice, if any, and add to pan with broccoli. Pour in the fish sauce and stir.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, you can use a fork, it is not necessary to beat until fluffy foam. Move the rice away from the center towards the edges of the pan to create a notch. Pour the beaten eggs into the cavity and sprinkle with chopped green onions. When the eggs are slightly set, mix everything, add the parsley and cook for another 1 minute. Then put fried rice on a plate and serve with lime or lemon.
