Beef legs – one of the meat products obtained by cutting beef carcasses. Beef legs are usually sold in two kinds – back beef legs, skinned, and front beef legs with skin. To cook dishes such as Armenian hash or aspic, it is better to take the front beef legs – they practically have no unpleasant odor, moreover, the skin gives an extra fat and gelatin to the broth.
