Cooking Recipe

The recipe for tomato, bell pepper and greens sauce is easy to cook. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs. Pepper to remove seeds and cut into slices, peel the garlic and, if necessary, cut, chop the herbs. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, if you wish, you can cut off the skin from them, but this is not necessary. Transfer the prepared foods to a blender and grind, but not to a puree, it is better when small pieces remain.

Add ground spices to chopped vegetables and herbs, salt and mix. Cover the finished sauce with foil and refrigerate for infusion.
