Plums 500 g
Water 200 ml
Red Wine 200 ml
Sugar 100 g
Lemon 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

To cook a German cuisine recipe, spicy plum compote, wash the plums, remove the seeds. Pour sugar into water, squeeze lemon, stir and bring to a boil.

Pour plums into the boiled syrup, reduce heat and simmer until the skin on the plums begins to burst. Approximately 3-4 minutes.

Pour wine into the compote, stir and remove from heat. Give plum compote to infuse, pour into glasses and serve. Compote can be served with fruit, or you can strain it.
