Soybeans can be soaked in larger quantities, used as much as needed, and the rest can be bagged and stored in the freezer.

Recipe Ingredients

Soya Beans 0.5 cup
Water 3 cups
Peanuts 20 g
Sesame 0.5 tsp
Salt 1 pinch

Next, transfer a glass of prepared beans to a blender, pour in two glasses of ice water and beat until smooth. Lightly fry nuts and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.

After the beans are crushed, add the peanuts, sesame seeds and another glass of ice water. Beat just as well, about 3-4 minutes and add salt. Beat for one minute and can be poured into glasses. Soy milk is ready.
