Pickled garlic – an Armenian cuisine recipe, for this recipe garlic must be peeled, you can use very small cloves.

Garlic 1 kg
Vinegar 9% 200 ml
Water 200 ml
Cinnamon 5 g
Black Pepper 2 pcs
Allspice 5 pcs
Bay Leaf 3 pcs
Sugar 50 g
Salt 20 g

Cooking Recipe

To cook an Armenian cuisine recipe pickled garlic, peel the garlic, add salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, and then put on a sieve and let the water drain. Garlic should be transparent.

Submerge the garlic in cold water for cooling, and then let the water drain again.

Put the prepared garlic in sterilized jars. Pour water into an enameled pan, add spices, salt, sugar, vinegar, mix and let it boil.

When the marinade begins to boil, cook for another 5-7 minutes, and after hot pour the garlic. Cover the cans of garlic with tin lids and roll up. Cool jars with pickled garlic upside down, wrapped in a warm blanket, and then put into the pantry.
