Pickled carrots with mushrooms and onions – a recipe for raw food, a colorful and highly nutritious salad and keeps in the refrigerator for a long time. Pickled carrots can be beautifully laid out on lettuce leaves and sprinkled with white or black sesame seeds.

Cooking Recipe
Mix carrots, mushrooms and onions with the marinade. Transfer to a deep container, and put oppression on top. Marinate carrots for a few hours, better set overnight, and in the morning the carrots will be ready. Transfer the prepared salad to a jar, cover and store in the refrigerator.
