Lemon 2 pcs
Sugar 1 kg
Water 500 ml

Cooking Recipe

To cook a mint jam recipe, wash the lemon and cut into random pieces along with the peel. Wash the mint, shake off the water and, without separating the leaves from the stems, cut.

Pour chopped mint, chopped lemon into a saucepan, add water and put on medium heat. Let the mixture cook for 10 minutes. Then cover with a lid and set aside for a day at room temperature.

The next day, squeeze the mint infusion with gauze, and strain the liquid.

Mix the strained infusion of mint and lemon with sugar and put on high heat. When the mint jam boils, reduce the heat and cook until thickened, about 30-40 minutes. After mint jam pour into sterilized jars and seal.
