Jewish fish cutlet – a recipe for cooking Jewish cuisine, greens and green onions are added to the minced meat, which gives the cutlets an interesting taste. Fish cutlets with white meat are being prepared. It can be merluza or cod. In the recipe, the amount is indicated for already fille fish.

White Bread 3 slices
Cilantro 4-5 twigs
Green Onions 4-5 pcs
Eggs 2-3 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For a recipe for Jewish fish cakes , soak the bread in water and squeeze. In a meat grinder, twist the fish fillets, onions, bread, cilantro, parsley, and green onions together.

Drive eggs into the minced meat, add salt, pepper and mix well. Form one cutlet from the minced meat obtained and put it in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.

If cutlet will not fall apart, then form cutlets from minced meat and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. If the minced meat is too liquid, you can add a small amount of matzah or wheat flour to it. If the minced meat is normal and the cutlets are falling apart, add another egg. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
