Eggplants 400-500 g
Bell Pepper 400-450 g
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander 0.5 tsp
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Cilantro 0.5 bunch
Yogurt 1 cup

Cooking Recipe

To cook eggplants with bell peppers recipe, cut the eggplants into 2x2 cm cubes, if the eggplants are thin, cut into thick slices with a side of 2 cm. Boil the sliced eggplants in a double boiler.
