For the Tashkent salad recipe, boil the beef meat and cut into strips. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Rinse the chopped radish in warm water and drain.

Combine meat, onion, radish, salt and pepper. Mix everything well, pour over sour cream and garnish with boiled, chopped eggs. Refrigerate salad and serve.
