Beef lung in sour cream – some people think that from a lung you can only make pie filling or sausage. However, this is not the case, and this recipe is proof of that. In sour cream, the lung becomes tender, not rubbery and very tasty. Sour cream with broth can be replaced with yogurt or cream.

Beef Lung 500 g
Onion 2-3 pcs
Sour Cream 3-4 tbsp
Meat Broth 1 cup
Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for beef lung in sour cream is very simple. Easy to wash, remove the film, pour water and put on medium heat. When the water boils, remove the foam and continue to cook until fully cooked. Cut the boiled lung into small pieces.

In a frying pan, heat vegetable and butter, put the pieces of lung and fry a little. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and pour into the pan to light.

Mix everything and simmer over medium heat until the onion becomes transparent.

When the onion becomes transparent, add sour cream diluted in broth. Mix everything, salt, pepper, add bay leaf, cover and simmer slowly for 20-30 minutes. Serve beef lung with mashed potatoes.
