- Beef liver 600 g
- Onion 1 pcs

Swedish Salad with Veal Liver Recipe
The recipe for Swedish salad with veal liver does not take much time. Clean the liver from films and ducts. Cut the prepared liver into cubes and fry in butter and vegetable oil.
Transfer the fried liver to a salad bowl, and in the pan where the liver was fried, fry the diced onion and chopped garlic. Fry for a short time, for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally and not allowing the garlic to fry.
In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice with honey, wine, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Peel the tangerines, disassemble into slices and remove the films.
In a bowl, add tangerines, fried onions and garlic, crushed walnuts to the liver and mix gently. Put washed and dried lettuce leaves on the prepared plate, sprinkle them with sauce, put liver salad on top, drizzle with remaining sauce and serve. Garnish with sliced leeks and cherries if desired.
