Swedish Hasselback Potatoes
Swedish hasselback potatoes (sw. Hasselbackspotatis) – very easy to cook and very satisfying recipe. Even a child can cook this dish.

- Hard cheese 200 g
- Butter 40 g

Swedish hasselback potatoes recipe
The Swedish hasselback potatoes recipe is very simple. Rinse and peel the potatoes. Each potato must be incised. To do this, put the potatoes on a saucer and make deep incisions with a knife, and the sides of the saucer will not allow cutting the tuber in half. Put the incised potato tuber on a baking sheet spreaded with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
On top of each potato, put a piece of butter and some grated cheese, you can also sprinkle with sesame seeds or caraway seeds.
Bake the potatoesin the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 40-50 minutes, and then immediately serve Swedish hasselback potatoes hot.
