To cook a green beans with bell peppers recipe, wash the beans and cut off the tails. You can also use frozen beans. Wash one yellow and one red pepper, remove seeds, partitions and cut into thin long strips.

Finely chop the remaining yellow pepper and lightly fry in a little butter. Do not fry too much, literally, so that the pepper becomes soft.

Put the toasted peppers, pine nuts, salt, pepper, remaining butter and lemon juice in a food processor. Grind everything well until smooth. After this mixture the beans will be seasoned.

Pour a small amount of water into a saucepan, add string beans and chopped peppers. When the water boils, cover the pan and cook over medium heat until beans cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water, mix the beans with the dressing and put on a dish. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving. Serve the salad warm.
