Strawberry Sorbet is a dessert recipe that can be prepared at any time of the year because frozen fruits are used. It’s very convenient, you can also make an excellent fruit cocktail from this recipe by mixing it with milk or yogurt.
Strawberry Sorbet Ingredients

- Kefir 200 ml
- Egg white 2 pcs

Strawberry Sorbet Recipe
To prepare a dessert, strawberry sorbet, sort the berries, remove the stalks and slightly freeze. It is possible from fresh ones, but the sorbet will turn out to be too liquid and it will take more time to reach the desired state.
Grate strawberries in a blender with icing sugar and kefir. Beat whites separately in lush foam. Combine the proteins and strawberries, gently mixing with a spatula.
Transfer strawberry sorbet into a container in which it will be convenient to beat afterwards, cover and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then remove and beat with a mixer. Cover again and into the freezer. And so 3-4 times or until a thick cream is obtained when lifting the whisk.
