Soy milk is a mixture of beans and nuts that is high in fiber and protein. It has no milk at all, although it looks like a frothy latte and is very smooth and creamy. You can add any nuts you like to your soy milk, cashews, hazelnuts, or whatever. You can also add fresh cucumbers or sweet fruits. Soybeans can be soaked in larger quantities, used as much as needed, and the rest can be bagged and stored in the freezer.

To cook soy milk, rinse soybeans, add water and leave to swell overnight. They should increase by 2-2.5 times.

Not all of the rind may be removed, but you need to collect as much of it as possible. Transfer clean soybeans to a sieve so that excess liquid glass.
Next, transfer a glass of prepared beans to a blender, pour in two glasses of ice water and beat until smooth. Lightly fry nuts and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
