- Tomatoes 1 kg
- Bell pepper 2 pcs
- Onion 2 pcs

Soup with Tomatoes and Sweet Peppers Recipe
For the recipe Tuscan style soup with tomatoes and sweet peppers, finely chop the onion, cut the pepper into thin strips, and thinly slice the celery. Cut the tomatoes, pour boiling water for 5 minutes, and then remove the skin and finely chop.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add onion and sauté until translucent. Then add chopped peppers, celery, tomatoes, mix and lightly fry. Reduce the fire and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in boiling water, salt, pepper, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, add the grated cheese and mix. When the tomato soup is cooked, take it off the heat and, while stirring, pour in the egg mixture. Cut the crust off the slices of bread and toast it on both sides. Put the croutons on the bottom of the plate, pour in the soup and serve immediately.
