Soup with Meatballs – the recipe is very easy, juicy and tender meatballs in potato soup with meat broth.

Recipe Ingredients

Meat 250 g
Onion 2 pcs
Carrots 1 pcs
Potatoes 400 g
Eggs 1 pcs
Long Loaf 1 slice
Butter 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the meatball soup recipe, pour the meat broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Finely chop one onion, heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and the rest of the finely chopped vegetables. Simmer the vegetables until soft, and then transfer to the broth.

Twist the meat through a meat grinder with onion and soaked bun. Pepper the prepared minced meat, salt, mix with a small amount of chopped greens and an egg. Moisten a cutting board with water and lightly beat the minced meat on it. Form small balls from beaten minced meat.

Add peeled and chopped potatoes to the broth with vegetables, mix and cook for 5-7 minutes, and then add prepared meatballs to the soup. Let meatball soup boil, cook for another 10 minutes until the meatballs are ready, remove from heat, add the remaining herbs and let it brew for 5 minutes, and then serve the soup with meatballs to the table.
