To cook Ukrainian cuisine recipe sicheniki fish, make out the fish on a fillet, wash and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small slices. Bread, stale, soak in water or milk.
Twist all the products in a meat grinder with small cells so that the stuffing is more uniform, you can scroll it two times. Add the egg, pepper, salt to the minced meat and mix. Divide the prepared meat into portions, giving an oval-flattened shape. Roll sicheniki in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Serve fish sicheniki with mashed potatoes, garnished with greens.
