Cooking Recipe

The recipe for fast sauerkraut soup is designed for 2 liters of broth. Rinse the meat, add water and put on a strong fire, when the water boils - remove the foam, reduce the fire to medium, cover and cook until the meat is fully cooked. To make the meat cook faster, you can pre-cut it into portioned pieces.

Squeeze sauerkraut, pour cold water over medium heat. Boil the cabbage for about 45-60 minutes until the cabbage is completely soft. It is worth remembering - the more sour the cabbage, the longer it will cook. When the cabbage is completely cooked, it must be thrown into a sieve or colander and let the water drain completely.

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the chopped onion in it. The onion should not be very fried, but only become colorless. Add boiled cabbage to the onion and simmer lightly for 2 minutes, then add flour, mix well and pour over the broth.

Add meat, salt and bring soup to a boil. short cabbage soup is served with sour cream and buckwheat porridge croutons, which complement the taste of quick cabbage soup very well and make its more interesting and satisfying.
