Sfugato – Greek cuisine recipe, sfugato is a minced beef casserole with vegetables and cheese.
- Minced beef 600 g
- Zucchini 1 kg
- Onion 2 pcs
- Potatoes 1 pcs
- Green onions 4 pcs
- Mint 1 twig
- Parsley 1-2 twig
- Cream 15% 50 ml
- Hard cheese 300 g
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
To cook a Greek cuisine recipe, sfugato, zucchini wash, grate, salt and set aside for 10-15 minutes
Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onions and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add finely chopped green onions and minced meat to the onions. Mix everything well and fry, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes.
Squeeze out the liquid from the zucchini and also add to the minced meat pan. Then add finely chopped mint and parsley. Mix everything and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes or until almost all the liquid has evaporated, while the minced meat should not be dry.
Grease a baking dish or baking sheet with the remaining olive oil, transfer the minced meat with vegetables to the prepared dish and flatten.
Put the casserole in an oven preheated to 180-200 180-200°C (355-390°F) for 15 minutes. Serve sfugato hot.
