An original and very simple salad for meat made from pomegranate and onion, a dish of Uzbek cuisine. This salad can be cooked any time of the year. It will be a great addition to pilaf, barbecue and kebabs.

Recipe Ingredients

Onion 2 pcs
Pomegranate 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the meat salad, peel and chop the onion into thin half rings. Pour the onion 2-3 times with boiling water and rinse in cold water. Let the water drain from the onion, dry a little and salt.

Squeeze the juice from half of the pomegranate and pour over the onion. Add the remaining pomegranate seeds and stir. This salad is served with any meat dishes.
