Prunes in milk – recipe of Belarusian cuisine, milk is baked to the state of fermented baked milk. A recipe with just three products, for flavor, you can add a fourth vanilla sugar.
Cooking Recipe
For the Belarusian recipe prunes in milk rinse the prunes and soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Boil the milk, drain the water from the prunes and pour it with milk. Set aside the prunes for infusion for 1-1.5 hours.
After the time has passed, mix the prunes with sugar and put in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F). Bake prunes in milk until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
