To cook a Georgian cuisine recipe, potato salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, boil potatoes in a peel. Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into slices and mix with finely chopped herbs, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Wash tomatoes and cucumbers and cut into slices. Put cucumbers on the bottom of a flat plate, add salt.
