Pizza in a Pan for 10 minutes

This is a simple pizza recipe, similar to Margarita pizza, only in a pan, but you can add anything you like to pizza sauce – sausage, ham, chicken, shrimp and more. If you don’t immediately use all pizza dough, you can wrap it in stretch film and place it in the freezer for future use.

- For dough
- Wheat flour 500 g
- Water 250 ml
- Dry yeast 2 tsp
- Sugar 0.5 tsp
- For sauce
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Tomatoes 3-4 pcs
- Olive oil 1 tbsp

To make a Italian cuisine recipe pizza in a pan dilute the yeast in warm water, add salt and, gradually pouring flour, knead the pizza dough. Cover the dough with foil and put in heat for 1 hour to rise.
While preparing the dough, prepare the pizza sauce. Make incisions on the tomatoes crosswise, pour boiling water and hold for 1 minute, then rinse under cold water and remove the skin. Finely chopped prepared tomatoes, peel the garlic and chop finely.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and warm for 1 minute, then add tomatoes, mix and simmer until sauce. At the end, add salt and pepper to the sauce.
Knead the dough and divide it into 4 parts. Put part of the dough on a flour-sprinkled board and roll thinly into the size of a pan.
Heat a small amount of butter in a pan, put the rolled dough out and fry pizza in a pan on both sides for 1 minute. Transfer the pizza cake to a plate or board, grease the sauce on top of the cake, crumble the mozzarella and sprinkle with basil leaves.
