- Garlic 3-4 cloves

Pesto pasta recipe

Pour water into a deep pan. There should be plenty of water for the paste, it should practically dance in boiling water. When the water boils, add salt, mix and pour the pasta. So that the pasta does not stick together, sometimes olive or any other vegetable oil is added to the water, literally 1-2 tbsp. When the pasta is cooked, drain the water, and leave the pasta in the pan. Put the pasta pan on a slow fire and dry slightly. After mixing the pasta with pesto and put everything on a plate. Sprinkle pesto pasta grated parmesan, drizzle with olive oil and serve hot.
