Pear and ginger tea – fragrant, rich and healthy tea, which is very good in the autumn season. You can infuse such tea in a French press so as not to strain, it is much easier. If desired, honey or sugar can be added to the tea.

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for pear and ginger tea is very simple. It is better to use fragrant pears for tea. If fresh ginger is not available, dry ground ginger can also be used.

Peel and finely chop the ginger, you can grate it on a fine grater, or you can just crush it. Remove the core from the pear and cut into small slices without cutting off the peel. The pear can also be grated.

Boil water in a saucepan, add ginger and pear, mix and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add tea bag. Cover with a lid and let it boil.

When the tea is infused, strain, pour into cups and serve. Can be done sooner. You can pour the prepared tea into a French press for coffee or tea, let it brew, and then pour it into cups. Honey can be added to tea if desired.
