Pea Stuffed Tomatoes
Pea stuffed tomatoes – a Bulgarian cuisine recipe, a good snack for the summer season. Peas can be used and ice cream, before stuffing it must be boiled.

- Tomatoes 6-8 pcs
- Green peas 250-300 g
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp
- Parsley 1 bunch
Pea stuffed tomatoes recipe
To cook pea stuffed tomatoes recipe, wash the tomatoes, cut off the top, remove seeds and partitions from the middle.
Boil eggs, grind with mayonnaise, combine with peas, salt, pepper and mix with the addition of chopped herbs. Stuff the prepared tomatoes with a mixture of peas and eggs and cover with a tomato cap. Place pea stuffed tomatoes in the refrigerator to cool, then serve.
